Hurricane Paloma was a major hurricane of the 2008 Atlantic Hurricane Season.It formed on Nowember5,2008 and dissipated on November10,2008 over the Caribbean Sea at a top speed of 145 mph(230 km/h).It caused $315 million(2008 U.S. dollars)worth of damage to the Cayman Islands,Jamaica,Eastern Cuba,Eastern Honduras,North-Eastern Nicaragua,Bahamas,and Florida panhandle.
